Phones stay in the lockers. You sit in cedar-scented heat until you can't, walk twelve steps to the jetty, and drop into water that's been cold since the last ice age.
Then you do it again. Most people do three rounds.

Down the ladder, shoulders under, breathe out slowly. The ladder rail is heated.

Questions
Do I have to go in the lake?
No. There's a cold shower on the jetty, or skip the cold entirely.
Is it safe if I have a heart condition or I'm pregnant?
Check with your doctor first. Tell the host when you arrive and they'll suggest shorter rounds.
What if the weather is bad?
We open in rain, wind and frost. We close only for lightning or storm warnings, and refund in full.
Can I cancel?
Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund. After that, you can move your booking once.
Is there somewhere to change?
Four changing rooms, lockers and two hot showers.
